Team Ambit will be working with the GSA’s Centers of Excellence (CoE) to transform federal IT modernization efforts and reskill and upskill federal employees impacted by modernization programs. Ambit will also help the federal workforce evolve to 21st Century skill sets and work practices including artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and machine learning, enabling federal workers to drive successful IT modernization efforts going forward.

Ambit’s modernization efforts will mitigate the human capital risk in mission transformation and will address:

  • the demand for customer service excellence
  • the exponentiality of technology change that replaces lengthy plans with project sprints that deliver updated skills faster
  • the influence of mobility in operations by delivering agile technologies that optimize processes and drive adoption by combining simplicity and ease of use for the emerging, on-demand, 24/7 workforce
  • the demand for elasticity in leadership by developing millennial talent and encouraging talent mobility
