- Directly supported the development of agency-wide policies governing use of Social Media for organizational purposes
- Developed wiki on Intellipedia, enabling agency-wide collaboration on social media policies
- Enabled the replacement of a stagnant "newsletter"-type dissemination of information with an internal blog that improves information sharing, two-way communication and collaboration, and enhances mission integration
U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Information Officer
- Provided market research and consultation in support of COTS wiki software selection
- Designed and implemented site architecture for organizational wiki
- Developed instructional material and provided user training support
- Drafted conceptual Mission Needs Statement, Exhibit 300, Concept Management Plan, and Alternatives Analysis for enterprise Web 2.0 initiative
- Created non-major Web 2.0 investment for USDA's BY 2011 Exhibit 53 submission
- Developed a concept paper on the use of Twitter in disaster communications.

- Using Social Media to support VA's interaction with Supplier Community and improve supplier relations through increased collaboration.
- Promoting participation in VA's supplier relationship transformation initiative through communities on Govloop and Twitter
- Use of Webinars to gain live question & answer feedback from the supplier community to VA executive leadership
Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection
- In support of CBP's Acquisition Improvement Initiative (AI2), Ambit is using Social Media to help the agency collaborate with other acquisition organizations throughout the federal government to identify and leverage best practices
- We are collecting data from and promoting use of social media tools such as the as the Acquisition 2.0 group on Govloop, the GSA BetterBuy Project, and Twitter.
