By implementing standardized processes and templates for project initiation, tracking, strategy, and management, and by utilizing quantitative performance measurement approaches to demonstrate value and sustained enterprise change efforts, Ambit Group is successfully assisting USDA increase the efficiency of their e-Gov program and effectively manage a growing number of initiatives and projects. Supporting the eGovernment implementation program at USDA requires working with Managing Partners at other Departments, such as the Office of Personnel Management and the Small Business Administration, to coordinate information exchanges in order to meet key progress milestones.

Our work with the eGovernment Presidential Initiatives requires consolidation of redundant investments across confederated agencies within USDA. Such is the case with electronic grants management. In its execution and delivery, we are helping USDA move from agency-specific, paper-based grants management systems to a Department-wide electronic management system. Ambit's support of the e-Gov PMO has resulted in the execution of ongoing strategic planning and management mechanisms to respond and adapt to new USDA priorities, mission challenges, and legislative requirements.
