Ambit currently leads a change and stakeholder outreach program on behalf of the MDA OCIO. Ambit's support has enabled the OCIO to more effectively deploy enterprise-wide information technology application and other information technology improvements to more than seven-thousand MDA stakeholders.

During this time, Ambit has led and facilitated high-level strategic decision-making for MDA's senior management. Ambit's enterprise-wide change, communication and outreach efforts were directed at all MDA personnel (government, military, civilian and contractor) from every level across the agency.

These services assisted MDA in aligning its IT initiatives while helping keep the employees attuned to the vision and strategy. As a result of Ambit's efforts, MDA's OCIO has achieved improved employee satisfaction and technology adoption. Ambit continues to support MDA and to ensure that the OCIO remains aligned an attuned to the Leadershipis agenda which as resulted in higher rates of project completion and a sense of direction for the entire organization.
