Ambit Group developed the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) 2005 IT Strategic Plan. Services included working collaboratively with TSA OCIO leaders to develop IT strategic goals (i.e., performance objectives), performance measures, and strategies to achieve the goals/objectives.

To support the development of the plan, the team initiated research and analysis on the IT environment, held workshops with the OCIO business directorates, analyzed OCIO organization design, and facilitated the development of transformation portfolios aligned to the TSA business sectors. The team also developed an internal communications and marketing plan for Headquarters users that included a leadership track to orchestrate the OCIO vision and strategy up, down, and across the organization; and a program portfolio track to align projects and resources around prioritized lines of business requirements. In addition, the team identified quick hits that identified early .wins. for the OCIO organization with its stakeholders.
