Donna Freedman

Donna Freedman has supported private industry for both Department of Defense, civilian, and commercial initiatives in the Washington, DC area for more than 25 years. Ms. Freedman is responsible for Ambit’s contracts, including development and maintenance of GSA schedules and Audits as well as Government GWACS and pricing services and oversight and guidance in the areas of strategic sourcing, competitive sourcing, acquisition, procurement, BRAC, privatization, and outsourcing. Ms. Freedman’s background includes over 20 years of acquisition and program management experience, supporting acquisition and project documentation. Her expertise includes: contract and acquisition support, strategic sourcing and competitive sourcing within the A-76 arena, consulting and facilitation services in the areas of A-76, program management, planning, and performance measurement.
