Christopher Durney, Ph.D.
Christopher Durney, Ph.D. has more than 25 years of consulting experience in the public and private sectors and manages Ambit’s IT strategy, program management office support, and organizational advancement projects. Dr. Durney's projects are designed to help organizations increase their effectiveness through better alignment of their goals and objectives, their business processes, and the information systems and knowledge management capabilities required to achieve the organizational mission. His expertise comprises five interrelated focal areas: change management; program planning and evaluation; management of information and information technology; organizational assessment and development; and leadership and project management improvement and training. Dr. Durney is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has given numerous presentations, both in the U.S. and abroad, on innovation adoption, the management of complex projects, corporate IT governance, and knowledge management. A significant part of Dr. Durney’s organizational research is focused on the technology intelligence systems that organizations use for keeping pace with rapidly changing technology.
