Minimum/General Experience
Two or more years general analyst experience

- Comfort giving in-person training (classroom and 1-on-1) with folks at various levels of the organization

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with Business Objects, Adobe a plus
- Call Center and/or Service Desk operations knowledge extremely helpful
- ITIL, ISO
Functional Responsibility
The position often requires a "Jack-of-all-trades" set of skills but the Junior Analyst will primarily perform the following functions under the direction of the Senior Business Analysts:
- Provide daily technical and administrative support, including monitoring and responding to Help Desk support requests
- Assist with project documentation (agendas, minutes, special announcements, etc)
- Develop training documentation
- Provide in-person training (classroom and 1-on-1) with folks at various levels of the organization to explain system functions and features
- Assist with Senior Analysts with requirements gathering, analysis, test case development and testing
- Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
